1) The suspect is the one that should be responsible for the clean up of the Meth Lads, because they were the ones that used it.
2)Yes, but the seller wants to sell the house so they most likely wont tell the new buyer.
3)If nobody knew why the person got sick then the family should be in charge of paying for the medical bills, but if they found out it was a Meth Lab first the previous owner should pay.
4)Demolishing the house can cause pollution to the air.

1) Yes, because that will bing in more money from tax payers and help the states fundings.
2) It will hurt the law because driving while under the influence of marijuana can create a risk for the other people that are driving.
3) This would mean they would have to grow it somewhere and developing a new farm can hurt environments by destroying them and creating this farm.

3. Do you think that court cases should be sealed? Do you think that if there is information about negative impacts should that be released to the public?
Answers:
1) No I dont think Fracking is safe, because once they Frack the ground and inject the chemicals then toxic gasses are released and that can pollute the air and cause harm to the people you Frack near.
2) Yes I think you should be notified and have a say in it before it happens. I think that because that can cause harm to you with the toxic gasses it gives off.
3) I don't think you should be able to frack if there are any negative impacts it can have affecting humans or animals.
